Nelson's wonderlandWhat a wonderful world July 14 Transformer 刚刚看了Transformer2，不得不佩服好莱坞的制作水平和想象能力。
看完这部片子后，我就一直在想我们人类本身会不会就是外星人？我们的祖先会不会是从其他星球过来的，偶然发现或被迫来到地球生存，从此就在地球上繁衍生息了？现在地球的居住环境变化剧烈，地球人也不都在探索其他星球，期望有朝一日能缓解一下不堪重负的地球。或许真的到了那一天，人们也开始在X星球上繁衍生息了，新的文明又开始了。
乱了，乱了，感觉自己有点狂想症了。。。。。。。。。。。。。 July 04 What's wrong with the world, mama?一直很喜欢黑人的音乐，尤其是他们RAP艺术，非常朴实，不需要任何点缀和修饰，听了非常深入人心，因为这样的话语是最真实的。
刚刚听了大学时代非常喜欢的一首歌“where is the love”, 突然想到了最近一段时间社会上乱哄哄的事，这个世界到底是怎么了？
H1N1爆发了，巴基斯坦的酒店爆炸了，央视裤衩被烧了，朝鲜发射导弹了，成都公车燃烧了，南京撞死6个人了，郴州火车相撞了，股市房市又疯涨了，油价又飙升了，国内明星又吸毒了，慈溪摸奶门，青岛女球迷扒衣门，上海楼房倒塌了，长宁城管又开始打人了等等。。。。。目前能想到的就有这些了，何况还有我没想起来的和不知道的。

11日晚上去听Celine Dion的演唱会，短短的一个半小时，没有很多多余的话，没有换过第二套服装，但是一首首经典的歌曲，从drove all night到alone, 从my love到the power of love, 加上Queen的We will rock you 和show must go on, 再到一首动听的法语歌，到最后my heart will go on,让整个体育场充满了感动. 一场演唱会下来给人感觉就是实力派巨星就是实力派巨星，这钱就是花得值。和旁边几个观众仅仅是因为喜欢my heart will go on，想听听原音重现而已。巨星和一般歌星最大的区别就是巨星一首歌给观众带来精神上的享受远远超过一般歌星整场演唱会所带来的。有些歌星的演唱会废话多，服装多，动作多，嘉宾多，都让你产生错觉了，应该向巨星们学习学习。
第一次听到Celine唱歌是在96年亚特兰大奥运会，听她唱那首the power of dream，那时虽然不懂英文，但是她完美的声音完全可以将每一个人征服了。之后电影Tantanic的播放，让她从此一发不可收拾了。

也许我做不到像他那样的生活方式和饮食习惯, 但是我还是决定要像他慢慢学习,首先是从饮食习惯上,所以最近我做出一个决定: 从现在开始不再吃荤菜,只吃素食.
我决定从我做起,希望越来越多的朋友,特别是希望自己年轻漂亮,身材苗条的女孩子们都能加入到素食主义的行列来.
素食的好处很多,最基本的就是下面几个
一、人本是吃素的 争强斗勇时．我们常会这样说：“老子也不是吃素的！” 不！你的吃素的！ 美国哥伦比亚大学的科研人员曾对食肉动物和食素动物的消化系统进行过比较解剖学方面的研究发现：食肉动物，如老虎、狮子等的消化道较短，大肠平直光滑，食素动物如牛、马、羊等消化道较长，并且大肠弯曲多皱。 科研人员还将人类的胃肠结构与食肉动物和食素动物作了比较，结果发现人类的胃肠结构虽介于食肉动物和食素动物之间，但却更接近于食素动物。无疑，就人类目前的胃肠结构上看，我们更适合吃素。 实际上，我们都知道这样一个事实：如果我们天天只吃肉类而不吃粮食、蔬菜、水果是吃不消的，但我们只吃粮食、蔬菜、水果而不吃肉类却是没有问题的。 二、“吃素的”也不好欺负 许多人认为吃素会造成营养不良，使人变得衰弱、苍白、无力，但事实上却完全不是这样。 美国耶鲁大学的费希尔教授曾组织过一项有关耐力的测试，方法很简单，只需受试者两臂向前平举，看谁举的时间长。结果，素食者从开始测试到筋疲力尽 所坚持的时间，平均要比肉食者长出2~3倍，而恢复体力所需要的时间却仅是肉者的1/5。 常看《动物世界》的人想必都知道非洲的猎豹是典型的食肉动物，它奔跑的速度虽然很快，可却坚持不了多长时间，因为它的耐力很差；可斑马、羚羊、骆驼等非食肉动物，它们虽不及猎豹跑的得快，但却很有耐力一口气快速奔跑的时间要比猎豹等食肉动物长得多。 三、素食可提高人体免疫力 有关资料表明，长期吃素的人，其体内白球的抗肿瘤的能血力比长期吃肉的人强两倍，患心血管疾病、癌症、痛风、关节炎、肾功能衰竭、大脑痴呆症等疾病的簇蒙受比率也比普通人多。很多蔬果都有抗癌的功效, 比如:西兰花,芥兰等 四、吃素者没有便秘之忧 现代医学已经证实，肉食是导致人们便秘的一个直接原因。由于肉食纤维质较少，被人摄入后在肠道中移动的速度比起谷物和蔬菜等植物类食物要慢4倍左右，加之我们人类的消化道较长，大肠弯曲多皱，吃进的肉食不能及时排出体外，从而导致了便秘。 五、吃素者更聪明 现代医学研究证实，人聪明与否，主要取决于脑细胞间传递信息的速度。当人的体液呈碱性状态时，脑细胞间传递信息的速度和效果均处于最佳状态，人就变得聪明；而体液呈偏酸性状态时，大脑反映迟钝，动作缓慢．学习和工作的效率均处于低下状态，人就显得笨拙。 众所周知，肉类属酸性食品，摄入人体后会使体液趋于酸性；而蔬菜、水果属碱性食品，摄入人体后会使体液趋于碱性。由此看来，肉食不仅会使人肥胖，也会使人变得迟钝；素食不仅会给人带来健康，也会使人变得聪明。 |
